OUR STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICIES

| * | The deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 30 days. Prior to arrival date, less bank handling charge of 5% of the amount of the deposit or Baht.500 (whichever is greater) |
| * | The deposit will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date. |
| * | No Show, all deposit will be non-refunded. |
| * | Early check out, 1 additional night room rate will be charged, payable direct to the hotel on departure. |
